FAQ and General Information

Can I choose which language to browse in?

Yes. Please refer to the Language option at the top-right side the web page.

If an item is out-of-stock, can I make a request for it for future delivery/purchase?

Yes. Despite our unrelenting belief of staying at the forefront of global fashion trends, historically popular items are voted by our customers, either online or at our stores, and re-shelved based on the individual ratings. If you find a particular product so appealing and want more of it, please let us know either online or at any of our Stores and Offices.

Are the actual products same as ones displayed in the photos?

Yes. Absolutely. All pictures are carefully taken of the original product.

I'd like to know more about La Promenade , its affiliates and code of conduct.

How does La Promenade produce high quality products at such affordable prices? Is this normal?

No. It is not normal. Normally, the effective way to affordable prices is to buy fairly large quantities from big suppliers and cut out middle-men/agents in the process. We don't even do that. We are the Supplier. Our Group owns or partially owns/controls all sectors of production. This includes cotton farms, fabric manufacturers, textile-dye factories, design units, Import/Export companies and finally our own retail stores and offices. As a customer, you are effectively buying directly from the supplier. Through our Returning-Customers Program and Seasonal Promotions, retail customers can also purchase products at wholesale prices under the right circumstances. This is rare in the industry. We invest heavily in technology for all our sectors to ahieve maximum production quality at minimum operational/labour costs. Our management is focused on a cost-effective philosophy that allows us to bring the best price to our customers, YOU.

I received an email requesting my address and personal information for some survey from La Promenade. Should I trust such emails?

No. We do not send random emails requesting any sort of information from our customers. Personal emails directed to a particular customer will be specifically addressed by our member of staff. Only periodic Newsletters shall be sent to those customers who have requested it.

I have been a loyal customer of La Promenade for many years. I have brought my family, friends, classmates, etc. to shop at many of your stores on numerous occasions. Do I get a Gift Card or a Voucher/Coupon of some sort?

Yes. Only at our stores. Please follow the Promotions and Discounts link to find out more.

Some of my cotton garments seemed to shrink a bit after washing, why is that?

Please read the Wash/Care labels carefully before washing. For Formal Wear like Men's Suits and Tuxedos, we highly recommend Dry/Steam wash instead of putting it in the washer. We will accept an average shrinkage of 2% to 4% for some cotton garments. Make sure to attend to items that might need ironing after washes to regain their original shape and fit.

Should I be worried about chemicals and harmful products in your fabrics?

No. We are very strict about out fabrics being up to international standards of health and environmental-friendliness. That standard is maintained in all of our production stages. Please folow the Environment policy link to read more.

Can all your products be machine washed?

No. Not all products are machine-washable. Formal Outer Wear Garments should be Dry/Steam washed. Most under-garments or Shirts can be machine-washed. It is recommended to read the wash labels carefully as always.

What are the size specifications for me?

All our products are packaged and labeled with size information. You either find size specifications on the packaging of your product or inner labels. Sizes are usually measured in European Standard Measurements and are according to average body size specifications.

Do I need to worry about child-labour violations at your production facilities?

No. All our production facilities are regulated by local authorities in their respective countries. We do not operate in any country where the legal system does not protect the rights of children and minors.

Where are the products of La Promenade produced?

The country of origin or manufacture can be found on the inner labels of all our products.
